How We Work on Your Home
A roof job sends a lot down the slope. A tear-off drops old asphalt shingles, loose granules, bent drip edge and hundreds of roofing nails toward your beds, lawn and driveway. Before anyone climbs, we lay tarps over shrubs and flower beds along the eaves, set plywood over the AC condenser and pool equipment, and park the dump trailer where its weight will not crack a sidewalk or rut soft ground.
Some jobs take us inside. Checking a leak often means looking at the decking from the attic, where the stain on a rafter or the wet spot on the sheathing tells us exactly where the water got in. When we come in, we use drop cloths from the door to the attic hatch and wear shoe covers, and we clear any insulation we disturb before we leave.
The other half of respect is talking to you. Before work starts, you know the start day and what the crew will do first. If we pull shingles and find soft plywood, rotted fascia or a rusted vent boot, we show you photos and explain the cost before we replace anything. You decide; we do not add work on our own.

Tarps go over landscaping and boards go over equipment before tear-off begins. At the end of each day we run a magnetic sweeper across the lawn, driveway and beds to pick up stray nails.

Every new roof installation we complete carries our no-leak guarantee. We set the flashing, underlayment and fasteners so that promise holds through Florida summer storms.

Help With Storm Claims and Budgets
When wind or hail has hit, our post-storm inspection is free. If you file a claim, we meet with the adjuster your insurer sends and walk them through each spot we photographed. Financing is available if a full replacement does not fit this month's budget.
