What These Terms Cover

These terms apply to anyone who reads or uses the Roofing Callahan website. The site is informational. Estimates and Agreements Happen by Phone and in Person

The website does not create a contract, set a price or reserve a date. Any estimate starts with a conversation at (904) 921-3735, followed by a look at the roof in person. The scope, cost and schedule of any job are agreed directly between you and us, separate from anything written here.

The text, photos and layout on this site belong to Roofing Callahan or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, print or share a page for personal use. Please don't copy it for another business or present it as your own work.

Limits of Our Responsibility
